You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use obc4d. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform under any circumstances.
All transactions on obc4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
Every bonus offer on obc4d carries a clearly stated wagering requirement, minimum odds restriction, and expiry period. No hidden clauses — all bonus conditions are published in full before you opt in.
Each player may hold exactly one active account on obc4d. Duplicate accounts — whether used to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will be suspended and balances forfeited without prior notice.
Identity verification (KYC) using a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP) is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. This protects all members against fraud and underage gambling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which obc4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction.
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and obc4d ("the Company", "we", "us"). By accessing obc4d at any URL under the obc4d.cam domain, registering an account, or placing any wager, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on obc4d. The Company enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If the Company discovers that a Member is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia to register and maintain an active obc4d account. The Company reserves the right to request proof of residency at any time. Acceptable proof includes a valid Indonesian National ID (KTP), a recent utility bill, or a bank statement issued by a recognised Indonesian financial institution such as BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on obc4d:
2.4 Representations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this Clause 2 and that you will immediately notify the Company if your eligibility status changes.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member may hold exactly one active account on obc4d. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company will suspend all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit any bonus funds without prior notice. Real-money deposits may be returned at the Company's sole discretion following a full investigation.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. 3.4 Account Transfers. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, or any accrued loyalty points to any other person.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. In accordance with the Company's international licence obligations, all Members must complete identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or at the Company's discretion at any time.
4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit:
4.3 Processing Time. The Company targets a KYC review turnaround of under one (1) business hour during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Documents submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day. The Company reserves the right to extend this timeframe for complex cases.
4.4 Refusal. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within fourteen (14) days of a formal request, the Company may suspend the account and withhold withdrawals until documents are received and approved.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. obc4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and membership tier and are displayed at the cashier screen at the time of deposit.
5.3 Processing Time. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within five (5) minutes during normal banking hours. E-wallet top-ups via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are generally instant. Processing times may be extended during national bank maintenance windows, Indonesian public holidays, and periods of exceptionally high transaction volume.
5.4 Currency. All deposits are received and credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Company does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds transferred in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating account, with any bank conversion fees borne by the Member.
5.5 Deposit Responsibility. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that deposit amounts are entered correctly and directed to the correct obc4d bank account or e-wallet address. The Company is not liable for funds transferred to incorrect third-party accounts due to Member error.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. A Member must have completed KYC verification (Clause 4) before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals are only paid to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the obc4d account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard members; however, VIP tier members may have enhanced limits as set out in the applicable VIP programme terms.
6.3 Processing Time. The Company targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for bank transfers during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available banking window. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically processed within two (2) minutes at all times.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements (Clause 7) have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus funds being removed from the account; any real-money portion of the balance remains withdrawable.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. obc4d does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, the Member's own bank or e-wallet provider may apply interbank or service fees, for which the Company accepts no liability.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by obc4d are subject to individual offer terms that are published alongside each promotion. In all cases, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general bonus provisions where a conflict exists.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before the funds are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Qualifying Bets. The following bet types and games count toward wagering requirements at the rates specified in individual offer terms:
7.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress expire after seven (7) calendar days from the date the bonus is credited, unless a specific offer states a different period. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically; real-money balances are unaffected.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Members may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the previous bonus being forfeited unless the new offer explicitly permits stacking.
7.6 Abuse. The Company reserves the right to void bets, remove bonus funds, and suspend accounts where it detects bonus abuse including, but not limited to, arbitrage betting between bonuses, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy requirements without genuine recreational play intent.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted subject to availability of the relevant market and the applicable maximum stake limits. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a stake exceeds market liquidity or where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect integrity concerns.
8.2 Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the Company's official Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sport Betting Rules on any specific settlement matter, the Sports Betting Rules prevail.
8.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event of a manifest pricing or technical error (for example, odds of 1.01 offered on a clear heavy favourite due to a data feed fault), the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and return stakes. The Company will endeavour to resolve such situations within 24 hours of identification.
8.4 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of fifteen (15) selections. Each selection must be from a different match or event. Any void leg in a mix parlay results in that leg being settled at odds of 1.00 (i.e., removed from the accumulator), with the remaining legs standing.
8.5 Togel Markets. Togel markets on obc4d are sourced from officially published draw results (Singapore Pools SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club HK, Sydney SDY, and others as listed in the game lobby). The Company accepts no liability for discrepancies between unofficial third-party result sites and the official source. Official sources are determinative for settlement purposes.
8.6 Live Casino. Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the game outcome as recorded on the studio's server is final and binding.
9.1 Player Protection Commitment. obc4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Company provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible via the Member's account settings at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on obc4d and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted:
11.1 Ownership. All content on the obc4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Limited Licence. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any obc4d content without prior written consent from the Company.
11.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles, logos, and interfaces provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to the Company for use on the platform.
12.1 Platform Availability. The Company endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party payment system outages, or telecommunications failures may result in temporary unavailability. The Company is not liable for losses incurred as a result of such interruptions.
12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Excluded Losses. The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
12.4 Member Decisions. Gambling decisions are made freely and voluntarily by the Member. The Company is not liable for any financial loss arising from a Member's betting or gaming activity on the platform, except where such loss results directly from the Company's own verified system error or negligence.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Member may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following a final KYC review. Bonus funds are forfeited upon closure.
13.2 Company-Initiated Termination. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account, with or without notice, where the Member has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct (Clause 10), or where the Company is required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the Member's licence to use the platform (Clause 11.2) is immediately revoked. Real-money balances will be returned within fourteen (14) business days following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC review, provided no breach of these Terms has been identified. Balances on accounts terminated for cause may be withheld pending investigation.
14.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.
14.2 Notice. For material changes, the Company will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of the obc4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 Version History. The Company maintains an internal archive of previous versions of these Terms. Members who wish to review a prior version may request it by contacting support at [email protected].
15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.
15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the Member agrees to first contact obc4d support at [email protected] and allow the Company a period of thirty (30) calendar days to resolve the matter informally before initiating formal proceedings.
15.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the thirty (30) day period, it shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution designated by the Company's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal awards otherwise.
15.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action against the Company.
